If you have ever tried to do a French braid on your own hair you know that it can be difficult. This waterfall braid hairstyle might look just as tricky but it’s actually really simple if you follow the instructions below. It’s such a beautiful style that can be used for many occasions.

Try not to get stressed by the technique, as you can also be creative and manipulate French braids and halo braids into a waterfall braid.  Make sure you have bobby and hairpins available and some rubber bands. Prepare the hair with some hairspray to get a good all-day hold. Make sure before you start you know your hair type—for those with fine hair make it smaller and if you have thick hair you can make the braid a lot bigger.

Once you are done with the braid pull it out a little to make it messy and give you hair some volume. Make sure to spray with some texture product to give the style hold and body.

23 days into the New Year, and I'm finally getting around to posting a new mani🤦‍♀️I had a couple really bad breaks the first week of the month, so I've been giving my nails a break and some time to grow back. They are finally even again, and when I found Essie's Valentine's collection in stores today I knew I had to try this shade right away. You don’t want your heart rate to drop between each set as this could hinder your progress. A great rule is if you are performing 8-10 reps your rest time should be 2-5 minutes between each set.

]]> Are you ready for 2020 hairstyles? This waterfall braid is a great twist to the traditional French braid. If you have ever tried to do a French braid on your own hair you know that it can be difficult. This waterfall braid hairstyle might look just as tricky but it’s actually really simple if you follow the instructions below. It’s such a beautiful style that can be used for many occasions.

Try not to get stressed by the technique, as you can also be creative and manipulate French braids and halo braids into a waterfall braid.  Make sure you have bobby and hairpins available and some rubber bands. Prepare the hair with some hairspray to get a good all-day hold. Make sure before you start you know your hair type—for those with fine hair make it smaller and if you have thick hair you can make the braid a lot bigger.

Once you are done with the braid pull it out a little to make it messy and give you hair some volume. Make sure to spray with some texture product to give the style hold and body.

If you have textured hair it’s best to straighten your hair before; otherwise, it can end up looking more like a box braid or twist.

23 days into the New Year, and I'm finally getting around to posting a new mani🤦‍♀️I had a couple really bad breaks the first week of the month, so I've been giving my nails a break and some time to grow back. They are finally even again, and when I found Essie's Valentine's collection in stores today I knew I had to try this shade right away. This is 💜'Unwrap Me'💜 a vivid metallic magenta purple, and definitely my favourite from the collection!💜It's such a fun shade and very unique to my collection. Gyms can be intimidating places, especially if it's your first time. Here's some tips to survive the January Gym: ✅ Give yourself some extra time to get there if you can so you're not too rushed and have time to change if it's busy; ✅ Take a water bottle, towel and post training snack to avoid the post-gym grumps; ✅ Be kind – don't hog equipment and share if needs be when it's peak time; ✅ If you have long hair, take a hair band! You don't need hair flying in your face mid workout; ✅ Remember your headphones! ✅ Smile – this is YOUR time to do something for you! Proper Form

Training with weights might look easy but it is so important to execute each exercise with proper form. If you have any questions ask a personal trainer at your gym for tips on how to get the most from your workout.

Breaks Between Sets

You don’t want your heart rate to drop between each set as this could hinder your progress. A great rule is if you are performing 8-10 reps your rest time should be 2-5 minutes between each set.
