Easiest Way To Prepare A Refreshing Mint Juice

Mint is rich in nutrients, it may improve irritable bowel syndrome, reduce stress, it is great for insomnia and it upgrades the brain function. Doctors say that drinking a cup of mint tea every day could greatly improve your health. However, if you are not so keen on tea drinking, make this yummy, home-made, easy to make mint juice.

Ingredients:

2 liter of water
200 grams of granulated sugar
10 fresh mint leaves
1 lemon juice

Preparation:

First, you have to rinse the leaves with cold water to remove the dust or any little bugs. Then cut them into small pieces, you can use either a knife or scissors.

Put the sugar into water and let it boil. When it cools down, add the mint leaves and leave it to rest for a whole day. After 24 hours, filter it and add the lemon juice.

This refreshing drink is usually served cold and can be drunk all year round.
