Mini Potato Skins

For this quick finger food recipe, you will need:
12 small white potatoes
½ pound bacon
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Bake the potatoes at 400 ºF for about 40-45 minutes. After they cool down, cut them in halves and gently, with a spoon, remove the insides. Brush them with olive oil. Bake them again for 10 minutes, but first place the potato skins face down, and then turn them over and repeat the process. Sprinkle the inside with bacon and cheese, put it back to the oven for 2-3 minutes. It is ready when the cheese is melted. You can add sour cream and green onions if preferred.

Coca-Cola Chicken

Ingredients you will be needing for this yummy recipe:
1 chicken
2 liters Coca-Cola
3 tablespoon soy sauce

Cut the chicken into pieces and boil in water until it is fully cooked. Then replace the water with Coca-Cola, add the soy sauce and leave it to simmer for 30 minutes.

Nutella Brownies

Ingredients:
1 and ¼ cup Nutella
2 large eggs
½ cup all-purpose flour

Preheat the oven at 350 ºF. Mix all the ingredients, pour it in a baking pan and bake it for 15 minutes.
