Everyone knows that airport food is always super expensive, but sometimes you can’t get everything together in time for your flight as you’d like. The solution to that is to combine the amenities you have at the airport with what you brought from home! Follow this guide and you’ll still save your money without going too crazy with packing snacks.

Sandwiches

Sandwiches can be really pricy, so it’s definitely better to bring it from home. But, after driving to the airport and going through secutrity, you don’t want your condiments to make your bread soggy. Avoid that by nabbing some free condiments from a fast food restaurant at the airport!

Tea

If you’re a tea drinker, or if you have an early morning flight, there might not be time to get in a cup before you leave home. Instead, bring your own tea bags to the airport and just ask a coffee kiosk for a cup of hot water! Almost always they’ll give it to you for free, which means you can have your tea and drink it too.

Salad

Even an airport salad can get costly, so bring your own from home. However, getting salad dressing through security can be annoying and potentially messy, so instead, ask a restaurant or a fast food place to give you some free packets!
