One popular way that has been trending lately is to use it to make lemonade! Many fruit juice places have been selling it, but it can start to get pretty pricey when it’s really easy and cheap to make it at home!
Beware, you will come out with a totally black drink, but if you can get over the color, you’ll be surprised to find that it totally tastes just like regular lemonade!
Recipe
- First, get a large pitcher, mason jar, or any sort of jug and fill it with 5 cups of filtered water.
- Then, pour in 1/3 cup of agave nectar or more if you like your lemonade really sweet.
- To that, add 1 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice. Using fresh juice will give you a much better end result, but if you have to use bottled, try to do a combination with fresh.
- At the end, twist open 5 capsules of activated charcoal and pour it into the pitcher.
- Mix everything together so it’s well incorporated, chill, or serve over ice and enjoy right away!
