When people from outside the US think of America, they automatically think New York City and Los Angeles, when in fact most people who live within the US that there are so many other amazing cities. If you are looking for some cool cities to visit around the country besides the most famous ones, check these cities out!

Asheville, North Carolina

Asheville, North Carolina is a small city located in the Blue Ridge Mountain range. With more beer breweries per square foot than any other city in the country and plenty of trails and waterfalls to enjoy around the parkway and Appalachian trail, there is something for everyone in Asheville.

Louisville, Kentucky

Situated on the Ohio River, Louisville is the biggest city in Kentucky and is the birthplace of bourbon. Around the city, there are loads of distilleries, but the different neighborhoods of Louisville boast beautiful architecture and delicious comfort foods.  

Santa Fe, New Mexico

When you think of the west, Sante Fe New Mexico may not be the first thing you think of, but it should be. This city is an artists paradise, with tons of inspiration coming from the natural surroundings and just the general vibe of the city. With roots from the Native American population as well as Spanish colonization, Santa Fe is a really fascinating city to experience.
