Before you hit the club, practice walking around the house in them. Put on a pair of thick thermal socks and spend an afternoon strutting your stuff. This will help stretch the material and wear them in so when you do brave them on the dance floor, your feet are already used to them.
Moleskin

Take Them to a Shoe Repair Shop
Most shoe repair shops will be able to shorten your heel up to a whole inch. If you love the style but they’re just a bit too tall for you to walk confidently in, get them shortened so you don’t have to suffer.
