Use your sponge wet
It’s ok, we only recently found this out too. If you run your sponge under the tap and squeeze out excess liquid, the sponge will not absorb your foundation so that you can waste less and apply it to your skin effortlessly and flawlessly.
Apply the primer on the sponge
Instead of applying your primer to your face and then adding the foundation after, mix both on the sponge or in your hand. Applying them mixed together will make your foundation stick even better than if you apply them separately.
Clean your sponge
Instead of buying cheap sponges and disposing of them every few uses, invest in a decent blender and clean it. Baby shampoo actually works great for this.
