What Your Breakfast Says About You

Everyone chooses to eat breakfast in their own special way. But what does your breakfast say about you and how can you grow into your best possible self first-thing in the morning? Find out more below!

Granola Bar

You start your day slowly and can’t be bothered to make something delicious and portable, so you grab a granola bar to eat during your commute. Instead, start setting your alarm 5 minutes earlier than normal. Although it sounds counterintuitive, waking up at a different time in your sleep cycle will actually make you less tired and more willing to have a nutritious breakfast.

Overnight Oats

You meticulously meal prep and already know exactly what you’ll be dealing with tomorrow. Although you’re very efficient and health-conscious, don’t forget to let your hair down and accept that sometimes plans change.

Coffee

You are not a human until you ingest several cups of coffee, and food doesn’t even cross your mind until several hours into the day. Your busy schedule is probably not allowing you all the sleep you need, so take care of yourself and try to go to bed early tonight. Plus, keep a banana or another piece of fruit with you in your bag because coffee is not enough for breakfast.
