3 TV Shows To Watch After “Game of Thrones”

It’s been over a month since we’ve said goodbye to Game of Thrones and even though many of us miss it, it’s time to find the next television show to watch. We know that nothing can be as good as, but you can try filing your GOT-shaped hole with these dramas.

The Last Kingdom

The story of this show is loosely based on a novel series called The Saxon Stories, written by Bernard Cornwell. It’s set in the 9th century when England, still divided into seven separate kingdoms, was under attack from the Vikings. The protagonist, Uhtred of Bebbanburg, is enslaved by Vikings as a child.

Norsemen

If you want to relax after all the drama and terror you’ve seen in Thrones, Norsemen might be a good choice. It’s actually a comedy series that tells a story about a group of Vikings living in Norway in the 8th century.

Frontier

Frontier tells the story about the North American fur trade in late 1700s Canada. The main character Declan Harp is played by the star of Game of Thrones, Jason Momoa, so it’s safe to say that you can’t go wrong with this show.
