The host Adriene Mishler has a video for every kind of yoga you want, from something to relax you, to get you into shape, or to energize your day. As long as you have a little bit of space and an internet connection, you can do yoga everywhere!
If you live near a park or even anywhere with public benches, you can get a killer work out. With a bench you can do all sorts of push-ups with your hands or feet on the bench to reach different muscles, you can jump on and off for cardio, and do balancing exercises like one-legged squats on them as well!
