You might think that moisturized skin will make concealer even more likely to crease and melt, but the opposite is true. If your skin is dry, your concealer will cake and run.
In summer, use a lightweight moisturizer. Look for an eye gel or cream to firm the skin under the eyes.
Prime twice
One of your best friends here is a primer. But don’t just settle for one application. Rather apply primer twice to shrink your pores and smooth the skin before you apply your concealer.
