Blend until you get a mixture with a smooth consistency. Add the extra virgin olive oil and mix again. Include pepper and salt to your taste. This is when you spread the mixture on the pizza crust. During the next step, add the tomatoes and mozzarella on top. Your avocado pesto pizza is almost done. All you have to do is place it in the oven and wait for 5-10 minutes, depending on the crust.
