Starting next Monday, take a few hours every day to practice self-care in every shape and form. The concept of self-care became popular this year as a way of dealing with daily stress and a tool for achieving more with less effort. If you like the effects by the end of the week, you can just repeat the steps as many times as you want.

Self-Care Monday

When you come home from work, indulge in your favorite beverage and relax for a little. In the evening, plan the rest of your week. Don’t forget to plan at least one thing that makes you happy for each day. Go to bed earlier.

Gastro Tuesday

Since you went to bed earlier last night, get up earlier and use those extra few hours to meal prep for the rest of the week. Prepare enough rice, pasta, vegetables, and sauces to get you through the next several days. Keep them in the fridge or freeze them.

Short Break Wednesday

You’ve prepped your meals and now you have something to take to work. This means that you can use your break to go outside for a short walk. Don’t forget to drink a glass of water every hour or so and stretch a little.

Sweet Thursday

Food is an essential part of every self-care routine. On Thursday, allow yourself a piece of dark chocolate along with your favorite coffee or tea.

Hometainment Friday

A good book, a movie with your loved one, or a dinner party with close friends are all great ways to spend Friday night at home and have a great time.

Active Saturday

While it’s tempting to stay in bed until noon and spend the rest of the day watching movies, you’ll feel much better if you go for a walk or a run.

Маршрут мы составляли сами, просто открыв первую ссылку «Самые красивые замки Европы». Все места были моей большой мечтой, но я и представить не могла, что можно охватить все за один раз🙈 До Праги мы добирались 26 часов – Серёжа не спал вообще, а я спокойно пол дороги😆 6 часов нас продержали на границе с Польшей, что очень неприятно, учитывая, что даже грузинскую мы прошли минут за 15. 2 дня в Праге-гастрономический тур, вкуснейшее пиво и красивая архитектура❤ Отель выбрали Motel one, отличный бюджетный вариант Затем Нюрнберг-добрались только к вечеру, но успели найти отличное место-Troedelstuben. Утром ждала дорога по замкам-Кохем и Эльц. Не повторяйте нашу ошибку-проверяйте Часы работы замков;) но даже снаружи это нереальные виды! Затем – Кобленц. Очень милый городок, остались бы там подольше, если бы время позволяло. Отель-Altstadt с вкусными завтраками, а поесть можно в Altes Brauhaus. На следующее утро замки Лихтенштейн и Гогенцоллерн. Первый-на скале, но тоже не работает в это время. Гогенцоллерн находится на вершине горы, и подняться к нему-отдельный челлендж, но того стоит! И сходите на экскурсию, гид там потрясающая:) Следующий Мемминген. Советую отель Riku и при нем же ресторан со своей пивоварней. Народу тьма, но все очень вкусно! На утро Нойшвайнштайн💔 только выходишь на мост с видом-и все. Слов в этот момент нет. Но не поленитесь и заберитесь на вершину холма-оттуда вид ещё нереальней. С туманами, говорят, там частая проблема, поэтому лучше приезжать пораньше, пока он весь в нем не утонул. Вечером оказались в Инсбруке-город в горах. Попали на ярмарку, поэтому воспоминания особенно теплые😊 Отель-Stage12. Утром-озеро Брайес💔 Приезжайте пораньше, желательно на рассвете, чтобы сделать хорошее фото без пересвета. И прочекайте, когда работают лодки;) Вечером-Вена, неудачный опыт с венскими сосисками, зато классный отель Daniel. После-Краков. И весь день в пути домой:)

You’ll probably agree with us that fall lasts too short, and it seems like we’re transitioning from summer to winter faster and faster each year. With the first crisp cold mornings, we suddenly realize that New Year is close, and so are the resolutions and goals we’ll set for the year ahead of us.

But there’s still time to do something meaningful and feel accomplished before this year ends. Here are three goals you can still reach even if you start now.

Self-Care

A month or so is enough to start noticing the effects of proper care. Take time this winter to slow down and focus on self-care, both from the inside and the outside. Change up your skincare routine, stop putting off going to the gym, and choose to eat better food, at least by the end of December. It will be much easier to continue with the good habits then.

Mini Vacation

Don’t fall into the trap of traveling for the holidays if you don’t have to! Instead, pick a weekend between now and Christmas and go explore some nearby place you always wanted to visit.

Home and Life Detox

There’s really no better time for decluttering your life than now. Start with all the unnecessary items in your home and then move on to your social media accounts. By removing everything that’s smothering you you’ll enter the new year with a clear mind and ready for fresh beginnings.

A month or so is enough to start noticing the effects of proper care. Take time this winter to slow down and focus on self-care, both from the inside and the outside. Change up your skincare routine, stop putting off going to the gym, and choose to eat better food, at least by the end of December. It will be much easier to continue with the good habits then.
