Much like the pregnancies within the Kardashian household, knowing what the hell to put on your dinner plate can be very confusing.⠀ ⠀ We're constantly being told to 'eat this' and 'not that.' It's important to remember everyone on Insta has their own opinions, goals, morals, lifestyles, tastebuds, cravings and fetishes (of the non-sexual variety). And it's even more important to remember – so do you 💃⠀ ⠀ I prefer to keep things simple, quick, #balanced and *very important* delicious. So when building my meals, I generally use a basic structure of;⠀ ⠀ – 2 portions of veg⠀ – 1 carb source⠀ – 1 protein source⠀ – 1 fat source⠀ – some saucy sauce (usually/aways hummus)⠀ + whatever else I've bought for a damn food post that week lol⠀ ⠀ As I said, everyone has their own preferences – and this is just mine. It's a loose structure which I aim for Mon-Thurs evenings*, and then just pick and chose whatever I fancy within that 👅 ⠀ ⠀ *I usually dine out a weekends and/or FriYaYzZz.⠀ ⠀ P.s.
