Ingredients:

For the homemade sesame milk, you will need 4 cups coconut water, 1 cup sesame seeds, 2 pitted dates, a pinch of sea salt and 1 teaspoon vanilla powder. If you have vanilla extract that would work too.

Instructions:

Get a bowl and soak the sesame seeds in water. Make sure they are completely covered and leave them during the night in the fridge. The next day, remove the water and drain the seeds. Rinse them and you can now combine them with the coconut water. Put the mixture in a blender and blend for around a minute.

You’ll have to strain the sesame milk through whatever you have at home. Put it back in the blender together with the salt, dates and vanilla extract. Pulse again. Your new delicious milk is done.
