We have the relationship with others that we are having with ourselves.⁠⠀ ⁠⠀ A big takeaway from @stralayoga Berlin 300+ was real self-care, taking responsibility for your self, in relationship with those you guide, and of course everyone. You can't be one person some of the time, and flip a switch to be an angel when you want to be perceived that way. How we are is how we are. You can't put on a yoga costume, or extra accessories to mask your energy. What we see is you. What we feel is how you feel about yourself. ⁠⠀ ⁠⠀ This is really great to experience and man it will hit you heavy when you do. What are your habits that hold you back? Where do you hold tension you don't need? Your main job is to take responsibility for yourself. Have compassion for yourself to have compassion for others. Move in alignment with yourself to guide others to move better. Be moveable in order to achieve. Soften in order to be strong. Make a good connection with yourself to make a good connection with others.⁠⠀ ⁠⠀ Stop the cycle of abuse by using discernment and not going along with systems and leaders that abuse. ⁠⠀ ⠀ We are all leaders and followers. Chair exercises are such an easy and simple way to stay fit anywhere and at any time. The four below are our favorite.

Squats

Squats are so efficient! The come in many variations, one of which includes a chair. It will help you add some extra toughness to the workout and make it more challenging.

Chair Planks

If you hate regular planks you can try the other version. Planks can be chair exercises and you can do them without getting down on the ground. It will definitely be efficient, so don’t worry about it.

Fast Feet

You can do this one with the help of a chair. Start moving your feet as fast as possible for a minute. You’ll notice that this is a great cardio exercise which you can also try at home.

Leg Lifts

For the leg lifts you will need to sit somewhere near the edge of the chair and place your legs in a 90-degree position in the knees. While holding on to the armrest, start lifting them up. Make sure that the 90-degree angle is always there. The leg lifts are among the easiest chair exercises to do in your room.
