You’d Be Sorry to Eat These Beautiful 3D Jelly Cakes

We usually have a lot of recipes and recommendations on how to enjoy delicious food in the best way possible. However, today we’re going to meet an artist that creates cakes that are true works of art that it would be a sin to eat them.

Siew Boon is the mastermind behind these stunning, and probably very delicious, 3D jelly cakes. It all started when Boon took a course in 3D jelly art with one the best 3D artist out there.

At first, creating 3D cakes was just a hobby, but Boon was so good at it that she soon started receiving her first orders and positive feedbacks. Her hobby turned into a profitable business and Boon is now a proud owner of Jelly Alchemy.

“Every piece is created upside down and can take up to 4 hours to complete. The flowers are made petal by petal using an injection method with special tools. It takes a lot of creativity and patience to create each piece”, Boon told Bored Panda.

Her cakes come in many flavors like lychee, coconut, peach and rose. Check out these delicious works of art below.
