When she’s not acting or singing, Lucy Hale likes to make time for a good workout on a daily basis. The 30-year-old actress claims her fitness routine helps her stay motivated and focused.
“When I’ve incorporated exercising into my life, it always brings me back to a good place,” Hale told Popsugar.
In spite of her busy schedule, Hale is doing her best to train on a daily basis. What does her typical weekly routine look like?
“I try to do three or four days of strength training, two days of cardio, and one day of stretching, so Pilates or yoga,” the actress described and added that her favorite type of workout right now is high-intensity interval training.
Even when she too busy to go to the gym or traveling, Hale already knows how to work out on her own, even in a hotel room if it’s necessary. She’s finding motivation and useful tips by following fitness trainers on Instagram and she’s recommended Alexia Clark as a good example.
